Intuitive Message - Stop Giving Your Energy

Yesterday... I spent the majority of the day in readings with clients. It was the first full day in a while that I've spent flowing in Spirit just to channel messages and there was a common theme about helping others and sharing our energy. This message weighed on my heart so much that I meditated about it this morning.

Its a message for right now, especially as we are in this period of high energy hitting the planet and so many people are being awakened.

Spirit relayed through me: Guard yourself. Not everyone that comes into your life is meant for you to help. The more that you reach down and help every passerby you leave yourself open to their energy as well. This is about a transference of energy and so you need to be careful about who you help because those could be the very same people who drain you dry.

Be careful in this season about who you open yourself up to. Be careful of your conversation. If you are around people who are sucking your dry separate from them or limit what you tell them and how much you interact with them. Take time to go inward and cultivate there, for there is key to your healing and sustenance.
